LaTricia Kinlow serves as the Judicial Branch Administrator for Tukwila Municipal Court, supporting Judge Kimberly A. Walden and providing leadership to the Tukwila Municipal Court Team for over 17 years. She is an active member of the Washington State District and Municipal Court Management Association (DMCMA) and serves as President. LaTricia Kinlow represents the association on the Washington State Supreme Court Minority & Justice Commission and the newly formed Interbranch Advisory Committee. She has represented the association on the Gender & Justice Commission, Interpreter Commission, Minority & Justice Commission LFO Committee, and the Court Education Committee (CEC) Court Education Funding Taskforce.
LaTricia facilitates court education nationally for the Center for Justice Innovation (New York) and has provided instruction at the request of the National Association of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. She serves as faculty for the Washington State Judicial College and has provided education to the Misdemeanant Probation Academy.

She prides herself in creating a court environment where the primary goal is satisfying customers' needs while maintaining the organization's integrity.

Her national certification and experience in court administration have catapulted her to the national platform as the go-to person for customer service, leadership development, succession planning, and improving employee morale. Latricia’s experience has honed her skills to present and converse with diverse audiences.
